A few weeks ago I visited my grandparent’s place to celebrate my grandfather’s birthday.  My family is full of creative people that are always working on some creative project.  Because of this we have a deep appreciation for non-fiction books. Each of us are continually building our personal libraries and borrowing books from one another.  I skimmed my grandmother’s bookshelves and used all the will-power I could find to limit myself to borrow only 3 books from her at this time.  

I am working on a knitting project using 2 colors of yarn.  This book offered more than a few motifs to use as points of inspiration.  What started as one project where I needed a bit of inspiration has turned into “I need to use that motif on a project, and that one, and that one…”
